Shoppers in Beaumont are telling their tale of a dangerous tornado that struck near Parkdale Mall and damaged numerous businesses on Tuesday. The roof on Kohl’s Department Store was ripped off and an area near the garden center at Walmart was flooded due to roof damage.

The twister is reported to have touched down at a Kohl's. Several injured customers were spotted near the store.

Officer Crystal Holmes tells KFDM-TV in Beaumont that a possible tornado touched down at a Kohl's Department Store, skipped over a Wal-Mart and continued on to Parkdale Mall.

A possible tornado touchdown in Beaumont caused several injuries, the collapse of a clothing store's roof, vehicles to overturn and other structural damages throughout the area.
